This is the kind of hospitality that only Kawaguchiko(Lake Kawaguchi), with its rich natural environment, can offer, with its variety of seasonal local ingredients.
In the spring, there are wild vegetables from the mountains, in the summer there is an abundance of summer vegetables, in the fall there is an Autumn leaves in the mountains and harvests of the season, and in the winter there is the famous Wakasagi (Japanese pond smelt).
Throughout the year, we try to make our visitors feel happy to be here at Kawaguchiko(Lake Kawaguchi).
